Shipping and Refund Policy

Shipments outside of UK or USA may incur customs fees.

The customs policy is different in each country, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size. Customers are responsible for paying any customs fees or taxes that they incur from their order.

Shipment and delivery dates are estimates, and in no case shall Aircooled4lLife be held responsible for missed estimated delivery dates.

Tracking links are provided via email on all orders and can be viewed directly on our tracking page tab.

Aircooled4Life is a print-on-demand company, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.

However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, Aircooled4Life offers a free replacement if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery.

Note that if your order shipping details were incorrect, or if you ordered the wrong size or color, Aircooled4Life will not be held responsible and will not offer replacements. You are responsible for capturing the correct information.

All sales are final, and no refund will be issued.
